Extremely rare black sea glass pendant, bezel set, using sea glass found by us and used as found on the beaches of Provincetown MA
Extremely rare black sea glass pendant, handcrafted, bezel set in fine silver and mounted to a base of sterling silver. This piece , due to it's thickness and color is most likely from a liquor bottle made in the 1700's. Included Is a length selectable sterling silver 2.4 mm cable chain. Shipping in the US is free via USPS Priority mail with tracking. Also included is a gift bag, gift box, polish cloth, information on caring for the piece and historical information on the sea glass.
Collecting sea glass is a family passion and includes my wife, daughter, two grandsons and a close family friend. I enrolled in and completed several courses in jewelry fabrication at The Worcester Center for Crafts located in Worcester MA. I have been making jewelry since 2013 and have shipped pieces to customers in Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Slovenia, UK, and most US states.
My jewelry is free of distracting ornamentation as my objective is to have the viewer focus on the gem that the ocean has created from our trash.
